Black Marble have hit the artistic nail on the head with new video 'Woods'. A lo-fi crackling track whose harmonies almost inaudibly bubble away against a wash of pulsating electronics, it is neither in focus nor completely out of earshot. Musician Chris Stewart wants it that way we feel, and creates a sound that you have to reach slightly inside to hear all the nuances. The video speaks for itself clearly though with its visually stunning treatment and free-flowing choreography. It features contrast, and in so is mesmerising with the music.
